THIS IS WHY I DO WHAT I DO

My name is Jessica Shiyomura and I was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader before starting my career in physical therapy.

​

When I was working on progressing my skills as both a gymnast and cheerleader, I suffered many injuries that sometimes kept me away from practice and competitions.  My doctors never recommended physical therapy and therefore I never got the full recovery I needed to continue developing my skills.

​

My mission is to help gymnasts and cheerleaders get out of their physical pain and limitations with movement in order to continue performing, tumbling, and stunting.

I always keep a few spots open on my calendar each week to do strategy calls and if you feel like you need a closer look into your situation, I invite you to book an online call with me.​

These calls are completely free, however, if you think I can help you at a deeper level, I’ll let you know at the end of the call if you would be a fit for one of the programs I offer. If you’re not a fit, no problem at all. You’ll walk away with action steps to help you move in the right direction towards your goals.
