Coaches/Therapists Not Understanding Hypermobility
Hypermobility is a Connective Tissue Disorder which means that your ligaments and tendons are more lax/loose and prone to tearing and injury.  The wrong coach/therapist could be giving you exercises that are harmful to your body.

Wasting Time with the Wrong Exercises
If you've done the same exercises over and over without results, it's likely that you are doing the WRONG exercises.  I have designed my exercise programming with effective and efficient exercises to stabilize the pelvis.  You won't be wasting time on something that won't work.

When will I get access to the program?

How are my core and pelvis connected?

Your core muscles are those midsection muscles that attach directly onto your pelvis.  They help stabilize your pelvis from above and below.  This program works on just that and will not be a bunch of crunches or planks.  In fact, while we will be working on strengthening some of your abdominal muscles, we will also be doing some arm and leg exercises as well because of where they attach and how your core is challenges against the resistance of the exercise.

Is there coaching involved?

What equipment will I need?

The entire program can be completed at home, so there is no need to get a gym membership.  However, there are some equipment:
