When will I get access to the program?

You'll have immediate access to the program once you purchase.  And all program materials (videos, exercises, PDFs) will be available immediately after you create your log-in.

How are my core and pelvis connected?

Your core muscles are those midsection muscles that attach directly onto your pelvis.  They help stabilize your pelvis from above and below.  This program works on just that and will not be a bunch of crunches or planks.  In fact, while we will be working on strengthening some of your abdominal muscles, we will also be doing some arm and leg exercises as well because of where they attach and how your core is challenges against the resistance of the exercise.

Is there 1:1 coaching included?
